Do you accept returns?

Yes, and we back every order with two layers of protection:

• A 14-day return window for anything that arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or doesn't match its description.
• A 30-Day Radiance Guarantee: if you try a product and it's just not the right fit for your skin, we'll refund you in full, even if it's been opened; within 30 days of delivery. One Radiance Guarantee refund per customer.
