Subscriptions

Some MADRadiance products may be available for recurring subscription purchases.

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the delivery frequency you select at checkout. Your payment method will be stored securely and charged for each scheduled subscription order unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

You may manage or cancel your subscription using the subscription management options provided with your order or customer account.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming subscription order, cancellation must be completed before that order has been processed for fulfillment. Once a subscription order has entered production or fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

Cancellation of a subscription stops future recurring orders and charges. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already entered production or fulfillment.
